Thai In 5!

Ok... I WISH I could have Thai Food ready in 5 Minutes, but the 5 here stands for the amount of ingredients needed... but no worries, this is still a SUPER easy dinner for 2 option that's SUPER quick!

Let's just make the blog quick too and get to it!!

  1. Pour your Curry Sauce Packet + 1/2 C. Water into a pan and heat on medium-high until it comes to a boil.

  2. Once boiling, add your chicken to the sauce and continue to cook that on Medium until the meat is thoroughly done.

  3. While that's cooking, grab your Ready Rice- Squeeze the pouch to separate it - cut two small slits on the sides to function as vents and heat the rice in the microwave for 90 seconds.

  4. Once the rice is complete, split the rice into your serving dishes and top each serving with a tbsp. of butter to add a hint more moisture.

( That isn't a must, but if you're from the south and like butter like we do, then just plane jasmine rice

may seem a bit dry & the butter can help )

5. When your meat is fully cooked, top the sauce & chicken mixture on your rice and ENJOY!!

TIP: One tip would be to sear your meat just before adding your chicken into the sauce so you don't end up boiling off too much of your sauce :)
