Carnivore Alfredo Pizza

Ya'll this creation is magic.

A pizza that's easy to make + has 0 carbs.... + it tastes amazing!

I came across this recipe & decided to take a shot at it last night- it was shocking how normal this pizza turned out looking knowing that I had blended a pound of chicken & plopped it on a pizza stone to pretend it was a carb filled pan pizza crust ;)

Ok that makes it sound crazy, but we know when you read the recipe that's what you'll be thinking too... but just try it out & you can be as impressed (& full) as I was!

Alfredo Sauce:

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1.5 Cups Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

1.   In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter but be careful to not burn it.

2.   Once the butter has fully melted, pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine.

3.   Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Allow the mixture to gently simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has reduced and thickened slightly.

4.   Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese has completely melted into the sauce, making it rich and creamy.

5.   Add the salt, stirring well to ensure it is evenly distributed. Taste the sauce – if it’s not salty enough for your preference, add a bit more.

6.   If the sauce seems too thick, you can thin it out by adding a little more cream. If it’s too thin, add more cheese. Adjust to your liking.

7.   Once you’ve achieved your desired consistency and flavor, remove the sauce from the heat. It’s ready to be served over your preferred carnivore diet-friendly dish!

*** You could half this recipe if you're only making sauce for the pizza - I used this amount because I was making it for the Pizza + some Egg noodles we're having tonight :)

Pizza Crust:

1 lb Ground Chicken ( I bought a Rotisserie Chicken & left some of the skin just to help bind it together...)

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan

1tbsp Minced Garlic

Shredded Mozzarella (However much you want to top your pizza with)

1 Cup Alfredo Sauce

1tsp. Italian Seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine chicken, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, and tonys seasoning into a bowl. Mix to combine.

  3. Pour chicken mixture onto an oiled pan or pizza stone. Press and form chicken until about 1/2” thick and in the shape of a pizza.

  4. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is slightly browned. Remove from oven.

  5. Top with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and diced bacon.

  6. Return to oven and broil until cheese is melted to liking. Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy!

  • Bacon

  • Spinach

  • Halved Cherry Tomatoes

  • Roasted Poblano Peppers

  • Mushrooms

  • More Cheese ;)
