Bell Pepper Nachos

As my niece used to say when she was little... 'Oh My Snacky Gracious!!' these Bell Pepper Nachos are SO tasty AND they're Healthy!

So all you Low Carbers, Ketoers, Heathy Eaters.... this is for you :)

What You Need:

  • Mini Bell Peppers

  • Meat (Hamburger, Venison, Chicken, Pork, Road Kill (jk)... whatever you want)

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Sour Cream

  • Optional: Black Beans, Jalapeños, Onions, Cilantro, Cilantro Lime Rice, Limes

What You Do:

  • Preheat the Oven to 375 degrees

  • Cover a baking sheet in foil or spray with a nonstick oil coating.

  • Slice the peppers in half & core them.

  • Cook your meat, rice, beans etc. how you like it & then top each pepper.

  • Add whatever other toppings you would like, but wait to add the cheese until the last couple of minutes in the oven.

  • Cook for about 10 minutes.

  • Remove from oven & add your cold toppings like sour cream, cilantro, limes etc.

  • ENJOY!!!
